What is a wallet on Gwala?

Wallets are where information about your money are displayed including balance, history and more. There are 2 types of Wallets on the Gwala App;

1. Personal Wallet - When you register as a new user on Gwala, we create a personal wallet for you. This personal wallet is linked to your secure virtual bank account number on Gwala.
2. Group Wallet - When you create a new group on Gwala, we create a wallet for that group and link a secure virtual bank account number for you. This means all your groups have different bank accounts for collecting contributions.
